Delivery terms are outlined below. Please carefully read the following delivery rules.

**All Shipments**

iTech HK products are delivered from the iTech HK warehouse in Hong Kong.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and delivery option for all purchases when placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or loss of shipments sent to addresses you have provided incorrectly. At the same time, we will make maximum efforts to resolve your errors, both during order placement and after shipment.

Currently, we offer delivery by private cargo company from the iTech HK warehouse. We do not recommend shipping orders via EMS, DHL, AirMail, PS, TNT, FedEx, as such shipments undergo customs clearance.

The cost of standard delivery service is included in the product price. The cost of express delivery is paid separately and depends on the destination country. More detailed information can be obtained from your personal manager.

When using our delivery services, our company takes full responsibility for the delivery and integrity of the cargo to the end consumer.

**International Shipments**

International shipments from the iTech HK warehouse are INSURED, and insurance is included in the shipping cost and taken into account when forming the product price.
We take full responsibility for the successful customs clearance of international shipments.

**Third-Party Carriers**

If our customer prefers to ship the cargo through their carrier, we provide them with this opportunity. The cargo will be packed and labeled according to the carrier's requirements and sent for local delivery to the customer's carrier's warehouse. Payment for local delivery is made separately by the customer. In such a case, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after they are handed over to the carrier. If any parcels are lost or stolen, all responsibility is transferred to the customer. We can only provide waybills, the carrier's cargo receipt, and delivery confirmation.

The company is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the preparation of the invoice provided to the insurance company or carrier, failure to comply with the deadlines for filing insurance claims filed on your behalf, or any refusal by the insurance company to satisfy claims. In our practice over the years, there have been isolated cases of problematic parcels. Our goal is to make your order as fast and simple as possible.
