**Return Policy**

This Return Policy applies to the purchase of products through the website www.itech-hk.biz ("Site"). This policy may be amended by iTech HK CO, TRADING LIMITED (referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our" depending on the context) at any time and at our sole discretion without prior written notice. Any changes to this policy will take effect on the "Last Update Date" indicated on the Site. You should review this policy before purchasing any products available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after the "Last Update Date" signifies your agreement to such changes.

**30-Day Return or Exchange Policy**

The company is pleased to offer our valued customers a 30-day return or exchange policy. This policy applies to purchases from iTech HK CO., TRADING LIMITED.

**Return Conditions:**
1. The return must be sent within 30 days from the date of the initial receipt of the shipment. Returns submitted after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and require management approval.
2. No items will be accepted without prior authorization. Returned items will undergo a verification process to ensure they match your order and are in proper condition.
3. All applicable locks (iCloud, Google, Find My iPhone, etc.) must be removed from all returnable items before returning.
4. An authorized return will be assigned an RMA number, and all issued RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days.
5. Items returned in a condition different from when shipped may be rejected for return.
6. Regardless of whether you are a new or existing customer (as defined below), our policy regarding which devices are eligible for return does not differ. Any item received by you that does not meet the quality stated at the time of purchase, has not been sealed, or shows signs of use (applies to new devices) is eligible for exchange or a full refund.

**Refund Process:**
Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, a credit will be issued for returned devices within five (5) business days. The credit represents the purchase amount that you can use to replace it with a similar-priced item or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

Please note that no customer should ever receive a device with the following defects ("Critical Defects"):

- No power/on-off cycle
- Apple activation issue
- Account lock
- Mechanical damage
- Incomplete configuration

If you receive an item with a critical defect, you should immediately request permission for return.

**New Customers**

New customers are the first-time purchasers on the site. Understanding the importance of your first sample order from a new supplier, we want you to be satisfied. Therefore, if you comply with the restrictions outlined above, we will refund any device for any reason for the first return of up to 50 devices.

If you need to return more than indicated or if you are not making your first purchase on the site, the policy for existing customers outlined above applies.

**Existing Customers**

Existing customers have made more than one purchase on the site.

We adhere to the descriptions of tests and evaluations presented on our site and strive to offer a very flexible return policy. However, different categories of products undergo different functional tests and have different cosmetic standards. The scale of product ratings sold on our site is subjective, and rating designations are set at the Company's discretion. To learn more about our ratings and view detailed videos, click here

Any of the ratings can be returned upon the discovery of any functional defect. Additionally, these devices can be returned if the cosmetic level significantly differs from what was presented.

**Partial Compensation Instead of Refund**

We understand that in some cases, our customers prefer to receive partial compensation for a faulty device rather than incur return shipping costs. If this is your preference, please contact your customer service manager directly. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the Company's discretion.

*Please note that this does not apply to devices with Critical Defects (see the list of Critical Defects above). No customer should ever receive a device with a critical defect. If the item is received with a critical defect, an immediate request for return should be made.

**Exceptions**

The Company values its customers and aims to assist customers with issues that may arise beyond our standard policy. Exceptions will also be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
